Nutrition Philosophy

Micah loves counseling about nutrition for the sheer fact that… it’s essential - everybody needs it! Nutrition is the base that we build off of to truly meet our potential in life. However, Micah understands how complicated fueling our bodies can be when chronic disease, mental health difficulties, or the constant information overload of the internet are involved. Micah would love permission to partner with you and your family to help achieve your health goals! She’s passionate about collaborative goal setting and going at your own pace towards change, because after all — change is hard and it takes work!

Professional Background

Micah has a strong clinical background in both adult and children’s hospitals ranging from 20 beds to 1000 beds. Micah is also highly trained in Nutrition Support via tube feeds and IV nutrition (TPN). Of note, because of her experience working in the NICU, Micah is uniquely passionate about helping babies grow in their first year of life and supporting lactating mothers. Overall, Micah is happy to assist you in all of your nutrition needs from infants all the way through elderly adults! Christian integration available by request.

About Me

When not partnering with clients at Lemond Nutrition, you can find Micah hanging out with her active 2 year old (Ezra) and husband extraordinaire (Dom). Micah is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves going to new restaurants and experiencing cultural cuisines. She would love to hear of your favorite restaurants to try next! Her other hobbies include: playing volleyball, playing board games with friends, playing piano, and teaching Sunday school for 3-6 year olds.
