Nancy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with 25+ years of experience in the field of dietetics, having practiced on the West Coast, Southwest, and Midwest areas of the United States. Her positive nature believes in finding joy through the journey and maintaining balance with a healthy lifestyle nutritionally, physically, and mentally. She has a non-judgmental approach to helping clients reach their own personal goals. She is one of our dietitians that is available for Christian integration.
Nancy has extensive experience in the clinical field (pediatrics, oncology, GI, endocrinology, trauma, and more) and has worked with in-patient and out-patient eating disorders in Berkeley, California. She loves educating and has worked with all stages of life.
Nancy earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences at Texas A&M University and completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. She completed her M.S. at Texas Woman's University.
A Dallas, Texas native, Nancy currently resides in Deer Park, Illinois, with her husband of 25 years and 4 kids (3 daughters and a son in college). She enjoys being active in her spare time, which includes running/triathlons, skiing, traveling, and cooking for her family.
