Kayla is originally from New Jersey or as some say the Jersey shore. She moved back to Texas in 2018 for a discipleship program through a church in Denton, Texas, which led her to going back to school. Kayla received her bachelor’s at Texas Tech in Nutritional Sciences and she is currently in a master’s program in Integrative Health and Nutrition, pursuing her dream of becoming an RDN!

In her free time, Kayla loves to go on walks, play the guitar, play pickleball till sunset, learn about nutrition any moment she can, and grab coffee with friends.
