Elena Ponce Smith brings to our team over 10 years of customer support which includes administrative experience as well as serving the elderly community as a certified nursing assistant. Elena is originally from Long Beach, CA.

After living in several states, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to pursue her passion of service, which ultimately led her to Texas in 2020.

In her spare time she loves all things cars, and you can find her tinkering under a hood with her husband at her side or at a car event showcasing one of their show cars. Family time, with her 4 amazing boys, is extremely important and she always finds time to relax and enjoy them to the fullest on her time off.
