Salmon Crunch Dip
A fast, easy, flavorful grab-and-go snack or side dish! It is packed with protein, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamin C, and potassium. Mix the creamy veggie base ahead (everything but the salmon) and refrigerate. When hunger hits, open a fresh 5-oz salmon pouch and mix it in, and pair with veggies or crackers.
Ingredients
1 (5 oz) can or pouch wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
2 Tbsp mayo
1–2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the mayo with sriracha, lemon juice, garlic salt, chili powder, and turmeric until smooth.
Fold in cucumber, red onion, and purple cabbage.
Mix in flaked salmon.
Chill 15–30 minutes or eat right away!
