Teresa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for empowering children and families to feel confident in their ability to nourish themselves. She believes that there is no one size fits all approach to nutrition, especially in pediatrics, where every child’s needs, preferences, and developmental stage are unique. Teresa takes the time to truly get to know each family she works with, building collaborative relationships that support realistic, meaningful progress.

In a world full of conflicting messages, Teresa helps families cut through the noise and focus on science backed, compassionate nutrition strategies. She received her degree in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care across all stages of life. Pediatrics is where her heart is, and she is dedicated to helping children build positive, lifelong relationships with food while supporting caregivers with clear, practical guidance.

Outside of her professional work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, her two active daughters, and their two pet bunnies. She loves to read, garden, and volunteers with a local animal rescue. Teresa also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, finding inspiration in the people and cultures she encounters.
