Group Nutrition Programs
Group collaboration is powerful in achieving forward progress in your health. We are thrilled to offer some options for you that can be done solely in group or alongside your individual sessions with one of our RDN practitioners. Each group session is offered in the Plano office for $50 each. In many instances, insurance will cover the cost. Call or email us to inquire about insurance coverage.
